9th Annual Golf Outing

The AHMP – North Star Chapter will be holding its June general meeting and annual golf event on June 16th, 2010. The golf outing will be held at Crystal Lake Golf Club, 16725 Innsbrook Drive, Lakeville, MN 55044. The meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m., with lunch to follow at noon. Golf will start at 1:30 p.m.

The cost for golf and lunch is $50.00, which includes: 18 hole green fee, cart, range balls, $5/player prize fund credit, registration tables, personalized cart signs, personalized scorecards, rule sheets, tee packs, contests, rosters, signage placement & retrieval, beverage cart attendants, and scoring. Modified SG – starting with another group; if other group should cancel, AHMP will change to one tee start. The Cost for just lunch with the meeting is $10.

**Each player will receive one complimentary golf certificate good for future play.
