Louis Berger Group, Inc. looking for three people to fill the following positions on a US military base, Camp Speicher, Iraq, on behalf of the

Start date on/about 26 January 2010 for 1 year with a 1 year option to renew, for the following positions:
- Deputy Site Manager (DSM) – Share management and HAZWASTE responsibility with the Site Manager related to HW treatment and disposal service from all bases in Iraq with Hazardous Waste Storage Areas (HWSAs) or theater-wide transition yards (TYs). Personnel Requirements: The DSM shall have a Bachelors degree in a technical field from an accredited university with 5 years applicable work experience. Recommended qualifications for the DSM include Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Professional License, and/or Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Salary range $100,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and current salary.
- Quality Control (QC) - Establish and maintain a quality control and quality assurance program to ensure that all wastes have been processed properly assuring complete destruction of each waste item received or generated through processes. Establish and maintain health and safety program IAW OSHA 40 CFR 1910.120 to ensure all wastes are properly managed in a safe environment and safe measures are implemented for all operations under this effort. Employee training, record keeping, spill response measures in case of a release and employee monitoring are all a requirement under this contract. Personnel Requirements: The QC shall have a Bachelors degree in Quality Control and Safety Technologies from an accredited university with 5 years experience. Recommended certifications are Quality Control from Defense Acquisition University (DAU), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Professional License, and/or Certified Safety Professional (CSP). The individuals will preferably have a background in Air Force quality assurance practices, procedures and regulations. Salary range $100,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and current salary.
- Laboratory Chemist (LC) – Manage lab personnel, act has laboratory manager, conduct applicable tests. Personnel Requirements: The Laboratory Chemist will have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from an accredited University and have 10 years of experience. A recommended qualification for the LC is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). $80,000 - $130,00, depending on qualifications and current salary.
All candidates must be in good medical/dental health, and Louis Berger will pay for a pre-mobilization physical/shots as designated
by the US Air Force. This is a contract/project specific hire. You will have the following benefits: lodging provided by the US military, food provided
in the DFAC with the US military, PX/BX privileges, gym (and other MWR) privileges, DBA Insurance (Worker’s Compensation abroad), MEDEX (medivac
insurance for helicopter transport should the US military not be able to successfully threat you in the Camp Speicher field hospital, use of the
Camp Speicher field medical facilities for emergency health care related to the work or work location), two R&Rs, wire transfer of your paycheck,
and tax free status up to $96,400 for 2009. Louis Berger will process personnel through Tyndall AB (Panama City, FL) Tues.-Thurs. with departure on
Fri. or Sat. of that week on a commercial airplane to the military side of Baghdad and onward by military air (MILAIR). Demobilization will be to
